HOW TO ENTER: To enter, log on to www.stillensweepstakes.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the online registration form. Online entries that do not include all requested information will be ineligible. Limit one entry per person during the sweepstakes entry period. All entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. PDT on May 1, 2009, and 11:59 p.m. PDT on June 30, 2009. No alternate form of entry will be honored in this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to all U.S. residents that have a current driver’s license, own a car or other passenger vehicle (light truck, SUV, CUV, etc) and are legal residents of the United States except Puerto Rico and other US territories. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter as of promotion start date. Must be at least 25 years of age or older to be eligible to win the Grand Prize due to rental car regulations. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its agents. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize - a 7 day all* expense paid trip for two (*all means RT coach airfare from the continental US to St. Johns Newfoundland, hotel accommodations for seven nights, meal allowance and midsize rental car for seven days and $500 trip cash) at the Targa Newfoundland Rally September 13 – 19, 2009; three (3) second place prizes each a $500 Stillen gift certificate; five (5) third prizes each a 11” by 14” framed and autographed (by Steve Millen) photographic print of Steve Millen’s 2009 Nissan GT-R Targa rally car; five (5) fourth place prizes each a $100 Stillen gift certificates and one hundred (100) fifth place prizes each an annual subscription for Road & Track magazine. The total combined suggested retail value (SRV) of all Prizes is approximately fifteen thousand US dollars ($15,000.00) with the Grand prize valued (SRV) at eight thousand US dollars ($8,000.00). Each Prize Winner will be notified and shipped their prize (or trip and reservation information) at Steve Millen Sportparts expense. The Prize Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes is permitted and prizes are not redeemable for cash. DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10 days from the end of the sweepstakes period from the aggregate of all eligible entries received. Awarding of prizes will be conducted by a private Accounting Firm, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. Steve Millen Sportparts, Inc. will notify all Winners via e-mail and require they complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and confirm their U.S. mailing address. Additionally the Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and submit a Release and substitute W-9 form (required for Grand Prize Winner only). If the Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted or fails to confirm receipt within 72 hours of notification, an alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return by mail within 14 days of receipt the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and substitute W-9 form (including social security number if required by law) provided by Steve Millen Sportparts, Inc. If the Grand Prize Winner fails to return these forms within the time required, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Prizes will be mailed to the U.S. mailing address provided by the Winners. LIABILITY: Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use Winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. Sponsor and its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each, shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by Winners for any damage, loss or liability to persons or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this promotion.
